TITLE II - COMPOSITION OF THE ASSOCIATION

Article 4 - The association includes founder members, honour members, benefactor members and active members. ;

To be a members of the association, he must adhere to the hereby statute and pay in an annually subscription whose amount will be fixed every year by the general assembly ;

Article 5 - The subscription can be paid by the members of the association in the month of their registration and then, every year before the 30th of September ;

Article 6 - The admission of new members should be accepted by the committee who soveraignly statute in all the requests presented during each of its meeting ;

Moreover, the committee can bestow :

a) The title of being a honour member, to anyone who does exceptional good turns to the association. He is exempted of the subscription ;
b) The title of benefactor member, to anyone who pays the annually subscription fixed every year by the general assembly ;

Article 7 - The member of the association loses its quality from :

a) Resignation
b) Death
c) A failure to pay the subscription for a year.
d) A striking out delivered by the board of directors for a serious reason, this member being in invited previously by a registered letter to present himself in front of the committee to give explanation. This is a final decision and, of an explicitly agreement, cannot lead to any kind of judiciary action, neither to any claim about the goods of the association;
