TITLE I - FORMATION - OBJECT - HEADOFFICE

Article I - It’s an association created among the members of the hereby statute governed by the law of the 1et July 1901 and the ordinance of 16th oh August 1901, having as nomination:

"TRAVELLER'S TREE, BROTHERHOOD FOR CHILDREN".

Article 2 - The association aims at:

a) Gathering anybody sensitized to children problems by solidarity and friendship.

b) Taking part actively in cultural actions and particularly in the field of education.

c) Taking part in a creation and functioning of a country primary school in under developing countries;

d) Competing from education for the emergence of the citizen of the year 2000;

e) Maintaining relationship with association having the same goal and those who share their ideal ;

Article 3 - Its head office is fixed in Ile-de-France;

It may be transferred at any place in France, from a simple decision of the board of directors.;
